1.5 oz 4.5% Kent Goldings 60 min
1 oz Bitter Orange Peel
1 oz Corriander
4.5 gallons 160 degrees settling at 148 for 45 minutes
Added 1.5 gallons 190 settling at 154 for 30 minutes
Collected 12 gallons
Boiled for 20 minutes, added 1.5 oz Kent Goldings directly, boiled for 55 minutes
Added 1 oz cracked (using rolling pin and ziplock) Corriander, 1 oz Bitter Orange Peel in hop sack.
Added 5 lbs. Blackberries, soaked in Vodka, to 5 gallons after 1 week of fermentation.
Racked both to secondary for two weeks.
Measured O.G. 1.046

F.G for W 1.000
Pitched one packet per carboy of Wyeast 3944
Fermentation began withing several hours, stayed subdued for next couple of days.
